Facilitate Idea Generation Sessions are some of the most motivating workshops available and get your staff working together to develop solutions to your specific focus. We work with our clients to empower and inspire their staff by facilitating brainstorming sessions that are focused at generating energy saving ideas. The focus is on the system and facility changes that will generate immediate savings for the organisation. Our facilitators are world class process experts, and use a process known as ParticiPlan to ensure everyone’s involvement and that the required outcomes are achieved.
The ParticiPlan approach creates a positive environment for the free flow of ideas and constructive discussions. Every participant is involved in each step of the process, contributing ideas by writing them on specially designed stationery. The facilitator collects these cards ad then discusses each idea in turn with the whole group – ensuring shared understanding of the contribution, and finally adding it to a growing network of clustered ideas on a board at the front of the room. It’s desing involved the whole group and is creative and interactive. By the end of the session there is remarkable unity.
